My strive is to process each customer with the satisfaction they need with all Zest Anchors products. my main duties are to perform transaction for the customer, such as making a sale or returning an item as well as updating all account information and making sure is update with each call I take whether they call is or I am placing and e-commerce order. my other duties are running back order reports, logging in evaluation parts and e-commerce orders, with my back order duties I run all reports form products that have been placed on the back order list and make sure all customers waiting for products have their parts shipped. The evaluation duties consist of making sure all locators abutments that have shipped into the company are logged into SharePoint and then send each part for evaluation to the engineering team for its evaluation, once each locator abutment is identified, I make sure to call the customer to make sure they have the information and place and order for them once if they would like to have an order placed.
