Having trained as a professional actor, I spent 20 years working in both theatre and television, both in the UK and overseas, for companies as diverse as the English Shakespeare Company and MTV.My work over the last ten years has focused on Experiential Learning, working as a freelance actor, writer, director and Training Facilitator. I specialise in writing Business Simulations - within the last 5 years I have written and facilitated a 2.5 day business simulation on Change Management for Allianz Insurance in Munich (Interact) ; written and and directing a full-immersion three day simulation on "Power, Politics and Persuasion" for Prudential for 120 participants, which featured 14 actors, filmed TV and podcast content (Interact); co-written a 1 day simulation based on Negotiation within the film industry;I have also coached individuals and teams, including senior executives at Allianz, Dairy Crest, PWC, and the Ministry of Defence.I am a Creative Associate at Interact, and a tutor at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) Background: I spent five years at The English Shakespeare Comapny as an actor and workshop leader, playing roles as diverse as Romeo, Henry V, Malvolio and Bottom.TV work includes: Holby City ("junior Health Minister") The Scold's Bridle ("Constable Moody") and The Mayor of Casterbridge, ("Eames"). I also provided all the celebrity voices for the anarchic spoof chat show, KENNETH B for MTV Nordic.My work as a theatre director has taken me to Riverford, Connecticut, where I directed The Merry Wives of Windsor; Several tours for Open Hand Theatre Company, UK; and more recently, as a seasonal Drama Director for the Oxbridge Academic Program, based in New York.
