I provided a wide arrange of support services to individuals, in order to help further them along their vocational and educational path. Some of these services included helping clients to identify their vocational and educational goals, resume-building, and connecting clients to employers.

Processed applications, scheduled and conducted prospective employee interviews. Selected ideal job candidates, organized monthly and bimonthly employee training classes. Designed and conducted 5-day training classes to employees on company policies and procedures, as well as the extensive background knowledge necessary for calling on behalf of banks and mortgage companies. Worked to motivate employees through positive feedback, re-training, and team strategizing. Responsible for administering probationary period reviews to new employees.

Worked with families multiple times per week, providing in-home therapy and intensive family-centered support services. Educated and modeled skills in parenting, conflict resolution, and basic life management in order to aid in the strengthening of family functioning. Worked one-on-one with the children of these families, focusing on anger management, as well as teaching them other ways to cope with the stress in their homes.
