I was in charge of billing the customer for the work performed on a certain tower of service. My Daily role comprised of many tasks, ranging from raising Invoices to supplying claim codes in the delivery phase of the project. My role also included reporting on different aspects of the billing cycle, providing a view on individual projects that had a cause for concern. On a client account, I worked to many deadlines when providing reports on current charges and updates to different projects, I learnt how to perform under pressure and ensure the client was satisfied with our service.Due to my in-depth knowledge of the projects, I was frequently asked to join calls with senior managers in order to help provide solutions to faults with internal processes. These solutions were implemented to make our service more efficient which helped bring in more revenue to the account.On the giveback side, I project managed a group of interns to help the London office become more sustainable. We supported the implementation of the KeepCup scheme which replaced the less environmentally friendly paper cups.I was also a member of the YPN Global team where we held workshops on internet safety in high schools across the country.
