As Director of Site Reliability Engineering, I led the SRE, Security, and Developer Tooling teams at ecobee. I also led the IT department responsible for network architecture, server maintenance helpdesk support, and all internal systems (AD, ERP, O365, etc), in addition to process and workflow development and product strategy.
