Manage the operations of the Houston office and lead the business development function across a five-state area in the southwest. Develop RFP responses and the bid management process. Result: The firm maintained its growth and positive momentum, even in a serious financial downturn. • Bank projects. A large corporate bank was researching contractors to partner with on a large rollout of occupied remodels in the Southwest Region. These projects required immediate turnaround upon funding and precise planning around occupied banking operations. Launched a major implementation process, in partnership with the corporate real estate group, and identified key issues and milestones for project success; while placing the right people in the right roles to handle the workload.
