Focused the effort first on expanding the service offering to include, new construction, maintenance services, and critical facilities. A large corporate bank was researching contractors to partner with on a large rollout of occupied remodels in the Southwest Region. These projects required immediate turnaround upon funding and precise planning around occupied banking operations. Launched a major implementation process, in partnership with the corporate real estate group, and identified key issues and milestones for project success; while placing the right people in the right roles to handle the workload.
