Working in the consultancy team with a main focus on HighQ Publisher a leading content management solution in the legal market. My role entails project managing a number implementations of Publisher. I am also one of the few consultants that works on both products. I perform pre-sales work on both products to new prospects and existing clients.I also perform an account management role. I manage a number of large accounts, working with them to expand the use cases of the products in the firm.Key milestones:- Establish project methodology for the delivery of both Publisher and Collaborate.
