Manage all aspects of top tier client's day to day Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central business in the Sports & Outdoors category by planning and executing all sales levers, including but not limited to, product selection, pricing, promotions, content and strategy. Prepare reports and hold calls with clients weekly, as well as communicate with each client on a daily basis and am the primary point of contact for all client needs. Managed Amazon FBA business and created detailed product catalogs for six brands in grocery and health & household cleaning supplies to sell as a 3P seller on Amazon through Seller Central. Managed inventory at Amazon fulfillment centers and worked with our warehouse in building and sending shipments to Amazon. Hired and managed an outside marketing agency to develop and monitor advertising campaigns to drive business on Amazon and increase sales. Established new business as well as expanded product selection across all six brands into eCommerce accounts including Thrive Market, Jet.com, Walmart.com, Lucky Vitamin, Vitacost and Kroger Ship.

Expanded business within Amazon Fresh and Amazon.com as well as launched the business into Amazon Prime Now and Amazon Go. Developed and maintained strong business relationships with the customer to support UNFI as the primary distributor for specialty and natural products for Fresh, Prime Now and Go. Successfully launched WFM 365 Private Label products into Amazon FC's in preparation of announcement of Amazon's acquisition of Whole Foods Market. Worked closely with 17 UNFI Distribution Centers in managing deliveries to over 70 Amazon Fulfillment Centers. In addition to Amazon, responsible for managing iHerb and increased product selection into iHerb DC's by providing detailed category insights and analytics to help expand selection.
