I lead a team of people that are currently in charge of our Broadcast departments physical and digital video assets. We utilize technology, software, and off site storage to maintain and backup the integrity of our video library.Along side physically maintaining our library we catalog media in our MAM using metadata and file structure.We create efficient workflows for creatives to help them spend less time fighting all the technological things that come with a digital artists job, and more time creating and imagining.

I edited a daily TV show in Final Cut Pro. I used various technologies to organize, share, and collaborate with producers, motion graphics designers, and audio engineers. My role was extended beyond the edit suite to web delivery, transcoding, and custom workflows to connect Asset Management software and other applications.

I was in charge of assisting the editors with all tasks before and after editing, these included:-Transferring AVID projects to FCP-Digitizing various formats of media-Transcoding media to various formats-Managing shared storage-Organizing projects for producers and editors in FCP and in our Asset Management software-Develop more efficient workflows-Testing new broadcast hardware-Editing to tape as well as exporting to various formats-Troubleshooting technical issues in edit suites from software to hardwareI mainly dealt with these technologies:-Final Cut Pro-Final Cut Server-AVID (limited)-AJA (various hardware)-AJA Software-Sony XDCam Transfer & Browser

I was in charge of the duplication and shipping of programs in many formats to multiple countries for Joyce Meyer's daily TV show.I got experience with VHS, 3/4, DVCam, BetaSP, Digibeta, IMX, as well as HD decks focused on Sony XDCam. I used PAL converters, hardware transcoders, and learned the ins and out of routing SD and HD SDI streams.

I welcomed guests and managed visitors, tours, and vendors. The position was part of the Security department.While there I developed a key managing system for the department that helped them track who had keys for doors by way of an interactive blueprint inside AutoCAD. They still use that system to this day.

I design graphics including logos, web graphics, and info graphics for clients as well as write HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for various sites and applications.

I would trace existing blueprints of office space with AutoCAD for the purpose of connecting a broken out drawing to databases that contained room numbers, employee names, and other information. With this we could create interactive blueprints inside a web browser that helped companies manage office layouts, employees, and construction projects on a global scale, from anywhere.

I took a few classes just to extend my knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Access databases as well as drafting in AutoCAD which I had taken.
