I am an HCPC and BADth (badth.org.uk) accredited therapist. I receive funding from NIHR, NHS England, and BADth completing research into mental health, and arts psychotherapy. I offer therapy individually tailored to meet clients' needs, providing psychological therapy which works proficiently as part of a treatment care plan, or individually, in facilitating individuals to improve their emotional wellbeing and psychological health; creating a beneficial difference within their lives.I have experience of practice and research with clients with emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties; including psychosis, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, personality disorders, identity difficulties, eating disorders, low self-esteem, ADHD and gender dysphoria.I work with individuals and groups experiencing challenges and difficulties, encouraging clients to increase self-esteem, hope, social-inclusion, personal growth and development.
