These accounts included 19 professional team arenas/stadiums, 23 minor league facilities, and more than 30 universities. I sold customized service contracts to these organizations and supported their entitlements provided by Daktronics. I project managed and carried out solutions for escalated service issues, open concerns, and special events such as the Super Bowl.
