• Responsible for analyzing a portfolio of ~250 assets (Latin America and several U.S. markets) for valuation reporting purposes
• Prepares, reviews, and presents models using discounted cash flow, residual analysis and income capitalization methods
• Interacts with regional operating teams and market officers to understand local market trends and property specific characteristics
• Drives preparation of the biannual Latin American Executive Investment Committee report summarizing portfolio results, property level changes, and the group’s outlook
