SunIdee is an innovation agency that helps organizations innovate in a way that is both inspiring and results-driven.I helped my clients to gain customer insights and translate these insights into new strategies and (brand)propositions within a multidisciplinary team or train the team to do it themselves.At SunIdee I have worked on innovation projects for a large variety of clients, including Philips Lighting, Vaillant, Gemeente Breda, Rijksdienst voor het Cultureel Erfgoed, PostNL and UPC.Besides working in projects for clients, I worked on the development of BrainBricks, a creativity tool which inspires teams to come up with creative solutions and brilliant ideas. My work for BrainBricks includes communication, developing manuals and training and facilitating BrainBricks creativity workshops.

Responsible for acquiring customer insights at the beginning of online co-creation projects and translating these insights into a co-creation concept, input for the development of online co-creation platform.

Project management for a European project involving 7 partners. The project focusses on the concept development of a research infrastructure that will be used to research human interaction with, and stimulate the adoption of sustainable innovations in and around the home.My most important tasks involve the planning, direct the partners towards finalising their deliverables and taking care of external communication materials.

Development of a partnership concept for a mobile internet application. Consumer perspectives of co-branded products and context research into consumer communication habits were the my starting points for the development of several concepts that have been evaluated with the target group. T-Mobile continued the implementation of the chosen concept.In addition I was involved in a project at T-Mobile to introduce a new part on the website where consumers can test and judge applications for mobile internet. I was responsible for the content of this website (www.t-mobile.nl/ontdekmobielinternet) in which I used concrete use cases as my point of departure.

Next to activities that supported the workshops that were facilitated by SunIdee for their clients, I did a proposal to research category management in fashion retail and fast moving consumer goods (FMCG). Interviews focused on the relationship between the developers and the retailers and the challenges they faced when translation the product portfolios to the shop floor. SunIdee used the results of my research to extend their existing Portfolio Innovation program with a category management tool.

Development of product service system including business and marketing plan for small water factory in Mtwapa, Kenya. The system has been implemented successfully.

Performing research into the use of mobile phones in Europe for the Chinese company Yuhua Teltech to prepare for 5 parallel workshops with Dutch students and Chinese employees during a study trip to China.
