Whilst at CGL I enhanced my initiative, I often tackled new projects and worked without supervision; especially at busy times in the office. I was able to write an environmental report during my time with CGL, starting the project with preliminary research, carrying out my own site walkover and then following the project right through to the end, when it was published and passed onto the client. I learned about how the price of the projects undertaken influenced the price that was then charged to the client.I worked largely unsupervised and often completed tasks ahead of schedule and to a high standard, through which I demonstrated self-motivation.
