I has been handled more than 130 companies to setup integration payroll, tax and BPJS calculation to Talenta. For Detail the companies i will share soon.Here's the details what I do as a HRIS Specialist - Activation at Talenta is:- We set meeting requirement to describe company policy related Payroll HR Process and give them insight related payroll, tax, and BPJS policy. - Then, I Assist client to setup application appropriate with clients requirements before and provide consultancy for client about HRIS & Payroll (include Tax and BPJS Report)- Then, after setting the apps, I Support and give problem solving during implementation then compare payroll to clients until Go-Live - Sometime we must to Test the application Talenta or bug fixing and new features that created by developer team - After Go live, we set golive meeting for make sure all process is done and runs well smoothly. Summary the process is i start the beginning from meeting requirement for company policy, and i close with go-live meeting with all user clients and hand over to customer success and my supervisor.
