Build an HR department from scratch- Reducing the recruitment cycle time by 20% through: • building a competent recruitment team and designing an efficient recruitment system• Building the talent pipeline ahead of time - Providing interview training and guidelines and conducting a series of workshops for line managers to improve the quality of interviews and reduce biases - Decreasing the total employee turnover rate by 7% by decreasing both voluntary and involuntary turnovers - Expand the role of HR as the employee champion and increase employee engagement by improving the work environment, compensation packages, and, providing different types of channels to ensure employees are being heard.

-Act as Managed Service HR interface ,- End to end process of Managed service dept. recruitment - outsourcing staff include HR outsourced and business outsourced, -Ensure outsourcing companies performance is in high quality by monitory each function ( include salary calculation, recruitment, employee relationship, safety) monthly - prepare monthly performance appraisal of employees report and send to Technical service director-monthly meeting with Technical service line managers for employee compliance and needs and send report to Technical service director - cooperate with Legal department for all legal issue especially on labour law

-CV screening, hold HR interviews and cooperate with line managers to find right person -Cooperate with recruitment channel in Iran to expand sources - collaborate with regional manager to receive recruitment approval based on manpower budget of different projects, - participate as HR junior generalist in HR job rotation program ( on the job training program ) C&B salary calculation, employment contract, employee relationship.

- HR personnel and staffing coordinator - Register New local employees in HRIS, S.S.O., prepare document - Assist HR supervisor in new employee training about company overview, business, vision and mission (participate as on the job training )- Assist HR recruiter officer , hold phone interview, participate on HR interviews as on the job training,- Assist HR head hunter on SVMS project for recruiting senior managers from other companies- cooperate with C&B officer for new employees contract and IS.
