Extra tasks for Galeries Lafayette account: Creating Seasonal buys and replenishments, monthly reporting (sales, invoices, stock levels), remote management of two members of staff.° Warehouse: daily communication, tracking progress on packing, managing priorities, authorising shipments° Training of new member of staff° Translation (French to English and Vice versa) and proofreading of various documents: website content, legal documents, clothing labels° Human Resources and administration for 2 France based stores: liaising with accountants for payslips, contracts, social charges, legal procedures, taxes, supplier contracts.
