Built, from the ground up, a world class professional services organization across three regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC) to strengthen Talkwalker’s delivery capabilities and improve customer retention. On track to bring 10% of the company’s total revenue within the next 2 years.

Established and ran a new Global Function, Partner Success, supporting Zuora’s strategic decision to move implementation activities to a network of partners rather than in house. Drove partner enablement on Zuora product and implementation process, co-sold new deals with partners, and ensured partner implementations were successful. Ran Zuora University organization with a focus on building and executing the partner certification program.

Led Zuora’s global services and customer success organization for the top 100 accounts in North America region, including business development, delivery oversight, and customer success. Took ownership of $20M of annual services revenue and $50M ARR.Met or exceeded YOY services revenue quota since 2017.

Managed all services activities for a portfolio of global accounts in North America and Europe, including consulting, implementation, learning & adoption, customer success, and cloud services. Generated $20M of services revenue annually.

Ran services business development and delivery oversight with several key Commercial Aviation customers in The Americas. Increased annual services revenue for this segment 350%, from $3M to $13.5M, between 2011 and 2015.

Negotiated and managed a strategic partnership agreement with Airbus. Ran the Program Office established by PTC for Airbus, including business development, delivery, alliances, support, and a consulting practice that grew from scratch to over 150 resources. Significantly grew annual services revenue from the Airbus group from $2M to $50M between 2002 and 2011.
