I managed the Reception Team after the Earthquakes in Christchurch. Our membership base had dropped from 6000 people down to Zero (an estimated 70,000 people left the city due to uninhabitable homes, lack of basic services and continuing aftershocks.)- Part of my role after that was to organize and conduct care calls. From there, with reactivation drives to our membership base, we relocated to our temporary new space, we continued to grow.- When we returned to our central City location our membership base had increased to 1800 - I ran reactivation campaigns and care calls, and with new Sales in the next year, our membership base doubled.- I lead a team of 8.
