Responsible for providing superior customer service to Tesla owners. Check in vehicles and prepare work orders in a professional and timely fashion.Provide customers with frequent updates throughout the repair period. Prepare quotes for customer pay work. Coordinate valet pick ups/returns, ranger work and tow truck when required. Responsible for scheduling and maintaining 2-3 service loanersWork closely with bodyshop for customer repairsResponsible for maintaining, ordering and booking out parts on work orders. Responsible for all accounts payable communication with HQ. Ensuring vendors received payment in a timely fashion During my time with Tesla, I have had the opportunity to be apart of the first deliveries of the ModelS into Canada in December 2012.

- Responsible for licensing and having all paper work, etc. ready upon delivery of all New & Used Vehicles, Motorcycles, and Power Equipment. - Responsible for all Dealer Trades, incoming and outgoing units. Including having all units in inventory and maintaining an up to date inventory list at all times- Recieve all phone calls made to the location and distribute them accordingly to their appropriate departments.- Order all supplies for bathrooms, coffee area, and office supplies for all employees- Create and distribute reports to Honda Canada weekly- Keep all administrative documents up to date. (I.E. Extension List, E-mail, Employee Packages)
