During the setup of the Belastingdienst/Caribisch Nederland I was working as communications officer wihtin the project team. Together with one colleague and a communication consultancy firm I was responsible for informing citizens and businesses on Bonaire, Saba and St Eustatius on all changes (tax laws, bank accounts, offices, introduction Dutch Customs) by using different media like advertisements, posters, radio, tv, mailings and town hall meetings. As of October 2010 the Dutch Tax authorities will be responsible for the handling of taxes at Bonaire, St Eustatius and Saba. Within the project team I am responsible for the setup and maintenance of quality management procedures and the overall planning.

I worked in the test team for the SHARE programme. A new front-office and back-office system was to be implemented throughout Europe. Within the test team I fulfilled the role of project secretary. I also participated in business requirement analysis, test design and testing.

Starting out as a junior recruiter at the Tax department I supported campus- and senior recruiters. After some time i progressed to the role of campus recruiter. In this role I was responsible for advising management, maintaining a strong relationship with the student community, organising events and selecting job applicants and interns.
