Lead the Pharmacy and OTC teams including participation in the recruitment and interviewing of candidates, train all associates on OBWs/SOPs and Walmart workflow and ensures their execution. Must maintain the professional image for the Pharmacy area as per Workstation Standardization and 6S Audit. Responsible for cascading communication coming from the SSC to all Pharmacy associates and OTC.Execute all programs assigned to the Pharmacy by the Prof Services team.Develop and establish collaborative relationships with other health care providers within the store (clinics, Vision Centre, their community etc.). Supervise and support the OTC manager in their everyday duties and responsibilities.Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products.Execute processes as per OBWs/SOPs.Ability to operate all equipment in the pharmacy (register, computer system etc.) Protect and maintain patient privacy at all times and follow provincial regulations established by the regulatory body. Ensure patients receive all eligible services they are entitled to (medication reviews, injections etc.) to meet specific patient needs.
