• Develop, implement and manage Security & HSE policies and procedures across a 38km/sq site• Maintain a comprehensive set of Security & HSE protocols to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.• Monitor and enforce compliance to Security, HSE & Logistics procedures: Regularly audit and inspect work sites and areas to ensure compliance with guidelines. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to establish effective emergency response protocols.• Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and identify opportunities for improvement in logistics and warehouse management processes.• Interact with corporates, authorities, suppliers, and contractors to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.• Manage a Security Command Control Center operations, reporting mechanism and staff • Continuously maintain the operational readiness of Direct and Indirect staff through regular training exercises. • Understands the full aspects of fire alarm & firefighting systems with all its components, able to diagnose its operation and performance sequences.• Manage and operate the SMS emergency notification system.
