Current- HR: payroll, setup policies, LA modalities, on- and offboarding, mobility, 1st contact HR policies, socio-legal current affairs, employment regulations, welfare & prevention, RIT, leave rights, holiday rights/pay.
- General accounting, budget preparation and budget management on behalf of the board, financial reporting, annual accounts, audit, government reporting
- purchase policy, contract management (suppliers, buildings, employment contracts,…), government procurement, subsidy files
- all tax obligations: tax on legal entities (Biztax), VAT (Intervat)
- Non-profit organization legislation and management, non-profit association admin, General Assembly, Board, Articles of Association, Official Publications, NBB, Liabilities, Insurance portfolio, UBO register
- Fundraising: procedure for tax certificates (Belcotax-on-Web), stimulating and perpetuating company donations, private donations and promotions, benefit campaigns, admin & regulations regarding donations, sponsorship.
