As a terminal sales senior assistant, I am responsible of:- Translating relevant documents from Mandarin to English or Indonesian and vice versa;- interpreting daily conversation or meeting needs between China's expatriate and local colleagues;- organizing and managing administrative work for my team;- following up current on-hand projects;- maintaining good relationship with dealer as well as fulfill their needs.

Foremost was a privately-held business importing outdoor & indoor furniture established in New Jersey. As a global company, Foremost have office warehouse and manufacturing facilities worldwide, including in Indonesia. I am mainly in charge of:- Managing outdoor furniture orders, product procurement, logistics management, after-sales service, and sales accounts from North American Retailers;- accessing ERP system for input orders and shipping data;- translating relevant documents from Traditional & Simplified Mandarin-English-Indonesia;- coordinating actively and communicate with local, Taiwanese, China, and USA colleagues in proper Chinese, English, and Indonesian.
