This role develop strategies and tactics to expand the recruitment channels for the Education Group namely ITB, Saito College and Saito Meridian Academy. I will be also tasked to develop the international student recruitment market for the Education Group with key focus to leverage on our existing associate companies and the operations we have in South East Asia.

- First Marketing Department member of a newly start up college.- Involved in a wide ranging activities including market research/analysis, pricing strategy, budget setting, setting up entry requirements, creating brand awareness via social media/internet marketing and tradional print and radio advertisements- Schools outreach programmes, organizing seminars and workshops and support agent roadshow/exhibition- Involve in seeking/appointing new recruitment agents and also front line direct recruitment (Education fairs, Schools fairs, agents events etc)*HIGHLIGHT: Joined Point College in July 2013 (students number 17) and achieved 350 students by May 2015.
