The Direct Sale Officer is to promote bank facilities such as credit cards and personal loans at various bank branches and roadshow locations so as to generate new business via walk in customers, local sales promotions, presentations/seminars, and roadshows. They are to follow up on income documents and other relevant requirements, provide good customer service by handling pre and post sales enquires and also to manage and improve personal performance to ensure individual target set by businessunit is fulfilled.

- I was assigned as a Product and Testing Engineer where I was required to assist the Lot Disposition Team. My daily tasks were divided to three: raising low yield analysis reports (LYN), attending daily morning meetings and logistic handling. The main task was to support product excursion investigations, daily e-sort disposition and performing product yield improvement activities, to enable the real time yield feedback and perform the lst level of low yield analysis (LYN). We were assisting the FA team (Failure Analysis Team) that dealt with defect wafers, by searching the defect root cause for further analysis.
