Every person gets an experience, every person involved, every person matters, every person considered.I'm a passionate UX Researcher (additionally with a visual creative mind) who facilitated my own career change from a background in working with children and families into the world of tech and UX!I've always had a passion for tech, gaming, online spaces, gadgets - and well, the list could keep going. Growing up in the generation where technology has exploded, it's hard to not be intrigued and inspired! One thing that always caught my attention however, was that the ever changing world of tech often left people behind, it became a skill to operate even basic programs, I mean how often have we found ourselves explaining a TV remote to a family member or friend? Watching people become frustrated with, isolated from and disheartened in these experiences is what has driven me towards UX as a whole.My passion is being a part of creating equitable and accessible design and tech for all, making sure everyone has access to the wonderful technology and products of our evolving world!So here I am, leading my own journey and education in the UX space - building networks, advocating for getting women into tech and supporting career changers and continually growing my skills as I go!
