My priority is excellent customer service. This entails a breakdown of various methods in which to offer such a statement. Through driving standards in product knowledge, availability of friendly associates, in stock, clean and creative store appearance, and executing merchandising techniques, to name a few, I help obtain my goal. I work directly with my store manager, fellow ASMs, and district team along with my direct reports (department supervisors and sales associates in all departments) on a daily basis to work towards our goal in becoming the number one customer service retailer in the world. Department supervisors hold responsibility primarily for the condition of their respected departments. Upholding fantastic customer service, ensuring product in-stock is maintained, coaching and developing associates on performance and behavior, and ensuring safety and shoppability are constant are some of the daily processes required to remain successful. I walk departments for opportunities and execute a resolve with that department's supervisor or with sales associates. This allows me to continue searching and correcting opportunities in other departments.
