Manage the complete project life cycle of replenishment planning application across sites within the Pfizer supply chain, which includes plants, markets, logistics centers and contract manufacturing teams. Scheduling project activities, business process analysis/design/documentation, interface testing, training, change management, and post-production support. Provide application and business process production level support for the existing global user community. Ensure issue resolution and alignment of project activities that impact other systems, such as plant planning/MRP, market order entry, market distribution, warehouse management, data warehouse, international logistics and application integration business middle layer.

Managed the overall production and inventory of finished goods and was accountable for the overall service level of these. Developed Master Production Schedule, insuring adequate balance of finished goods global demand, inventory targets and production. Prepared capacity plans ensuring work center/resources optimization and scheduled production orders based on MPS requirements and available capacity. Managed production and supply issues, demand trends and communicated to key customers and management.

Was responsible for the availability of packaging components and outsourced tablets in compliance with production plans and inventory targets. Analyzed MRP reports and issued monthly forecasts and orders to vendors through the established supply to order system. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of item master lists and bill of materials in the MPS system. Placed orders with qualified vendors and assured deliveries were met as needed. Expedited material disposition to avoid material shortages in the production lines and supported material or supplier changes and new product launches/line extensions. Managed inventory levels to ensure future stock needs, allocations, replenishment, forecast and trend analysis of inventory and dollars.

Liaison with customers for product availability, in-transit orders and product supply issues.Coordinated shipping priorities with customers, planning, production and shipping/distribution areas to assure product supply. Lead orders confirmation process to customers. Responsible for the coordination, support and execution of the activities required for the site's implementation of the replenishment planning system for International Markets.
