About Elysa Dennehy Rambaud

I fell in love with Salesforce in Oslo, Norway. I became a Salesforce Admin and contributed to building THE Salesforce for a multinational and it was an amazing experience. I loved both participating in the requirements meetings and improving our org, and supporting the end-users and super-users all over the world and empowering them to get the best out of THEIR Salesforce. As a Salesforce Admin I was lucky to be able to work in Singapore and then Canada! I am very thankful. Canada opened the Consultancy door and it was also great. I had the privilege of building my consultancy skills in a startup and I personally feel that we grew together. I have had many clients and most of them became more than just clients. As a consultant, what I enjoy the most, apart from configuring personalized Salesforce environments, is supporting the administrators-to-be (= the client, most of the time in SMBs) and end-users. Maybe it comes from my education background, but it is very fulfilling watching users feel empowered with their Salesforce.Some clients have told me that my enthusiasm for Salesforce is contagious. I have to say that it comes from the heart, and fortunately it has really helped in change management and user adoption! After an almost 2 year break where I had to be more creative, organized, patient and enthusiast than ever, I am back and ready to welcome more new users to the Salesforce Ohana :-)
