- Driving customers’ post sales experience and managing the overall relationship to ensure client success.- Advocating for customer needs cross-departmentally. - Managing ongoing support contracts- Overseeing & approving budgets, capacity planning, time entries, and projects for the SMB team.

- Managing all marketing campaigns and strategy to reach new customers and improve KPI's within the existing customer base.- Overseeing content management and creation. - Compiling and analyzing results of campaigns, promotions, and advertising.- Establishing and ensuring respect of communication schedules according to customer profiles and buying history.- Analyzing and improving the customer experience in a quantifiable and subjective way.

- Managing multiple facets of sales operations & trade marketing to ensure customer success and profitability. - Managing various projects that touch on marketing, production, quality assurance, sales, finance, and customer relationship management.

- Account management for specific customers- Maintaining great relationships with the different category managers and buyers for all US accounts- Preparing quotes, presentations and business reviews- Ongoing follow ups for various projects with national key accounts- Owning the onboarding process for new US accounts & working with them throughout the launch process- Creating, editing, and maintaining listings in various client portals as well as GDSN portals for both Canada & the US (1 World Sync, GS1)- Part of Innovation and R&D committee - Ongoing communication with various internal departments such as production, operations, marketing, customer service, and quality assurance.

- Managing all aspects of shipping & import- Overseeing all production from development to delivery- Managing all aspects of fit & spec- Manage various company projects, including but not limited to photoshoots and trade shows- Creating and uploading customer spreadsheets

Experience with major Canadian & US retailers such as Macy’s, Kohl’s, JC Penney, Reitman’s, NY&Company, Nordstrom, Payless, Sears, Le Garage & Dynamite.- Day to day communication with customers and production department for developments, samples, deliveries, costs, etc..- All administrative tasks related to position such as creating buy sheets & line sheets, making changes in Momentis, updating all internal spreadsheets, etc..- Meeting with customers on a monthly basis- Negotiating costs with factories & costing styles for customers- Generating & analyzing sales reports- Sending photoshoot, pre-production, and production samples- Developing styles/collections for customers & merchandising the showroom for customer appointments- Managing customer portals (internal databases & e-commerce)
