The Corporate Marketing Manager (CMM) manages external and internal communication initiatives from a corporate perspective. This includes the integration and maintenance of corporate processes and guidelines, working closely with the Marketing Resource Manager (MRM), Director of Business Development, and President. External communication management includes managing and maintaining the company website/blog, managing backlog and posting regularly to social media, providing support for industry events, finding and implementing content opportunities, and submitting/tracking/managing external PR (publications, awards, conferences, lists, etc). Internally, the CMM will work to manage internal initiatives of the firm including tracking internal/intranet communication to optimize effectiveness, design or revamp of new/existing company branding, maintaining company branding standards, assisting with internal company events, managing social media and communication guidelines/support/training for staff, and generally setting standards and processes for corporate communication across all neighborhoods. CMM will work with MRM to develop yearly marketing team goals, manage onboarding for new employees, and contribute to annual strategic planning.
