In a nutshell my role is to be a key point of contact to my accounts and drive more referrals to us from new build developers, I do this through excellent service, updates and near leave a stone unturned. I’ve built strong business relationships in this role and have enjoyed offering training, presentations at sales meetings and generally taking care and watch my accounts grow. I spend half my time at home and half on the road out and about seeing my accounts at sites, meetings or events.

Working alongside new build developers, their clients and our brokers to get a easy, smooth, mortgage and purchase of a property through. We specialize in government schemes to help clients with knowledge and understand of the new build market place. We can assist in putting together a deal, or simply just getting a client excited about their big move! I personally currently oversee the region from as far North as Sheffield, down to Bristol, with a variety of new build developers.
