I am a Community Consultant for Homeowners Associations, Property Owners Associations, and Condominium Associations, representing communities with Broadband Services (Video, Internet, Telephone, Security and Home Automation). I have worked as a PBG consultant for more than a dozen ISPs nationwide. I configure equipment, I perform large-scale audits, conduct resident surveys, site surveys, customer support, and dashboard management. I have had the honor of being an associate of Paradigm for over 16 years; promoting the importance of broadband service levels locally and nationally.Simultaneously and throughout college, for 8 years, I worked in the service industry at Texas Roadhouse WV & FL, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, and P.F Changs. During those years, I held several positions and consistently got promoted rapidly at each location. I have 6 years serving experience, accompanied with being a Trainer at all venues, Training Coordinator, Key Manager, FOH Manager, Event staff, Event Manager, and subsequently Director of Catering. Before, resuming (full time) my current position within the "family business" of catering to our neighbors' technological needs.
