Our firm negotiates purchase agreemnts, service agreemets, and facilitates transactions between consumers and providers of telecommunications products and services nationally. We advise our clients on strategic planning, operating processes, and technology selection and integration. We represent, Property Owners, Management Companies, Homeowners Associations, Condominium Associations, Apartment Complex Owners, and the largest to smallest of telecommunications service providers. Over the course of our 29 years of business ownership, we have represented over 3,500 communities with over 1,000,000 residences. Additionally, we have brokered transactions on behalf of our service provider clients for M&A related closings representing over $2,500,000,000 in total value.
