A consultant role while working at Red Vespa. I have worked on 2 projects:HubSpot Integrations - in a BA/PM capacity. I gathered integration requirements, enhanced related processes, created and presented a Business Case, created a Project Plan, Risk Register, Change Management Plan, liaised with vendors and other project team members.Show Me the Money - as a Scrum Master/BA. I facilitated and planned team activities, worked with the team to create practical process improvements, created process validation methods, ran sprints and stand ups.
