As a Creative Project Manager at Manna, it was my responsibility to be the main communicator and oversee creative and strategic assignments tasked from various departments within the company. I translated tasks, building them into our trello system, and delegated to whomever was best suited for the assignment. I would take a series of photos, moving the infant to each position with care, and at the end of the session I would compile the photos together and present the family with a slideshow of their baby's photos. I would then offer a series of packages for them to purchase. I interacted with moms, families, and other hospital staff to provide a delightful experience of capturing each newborn's first moments.
