This organization assists in the communication and interaction between Retailing and Consumer Sciences (RCSC) students and major retailing and consulting companies.I served as a student ambassador for Macy's Inc., Wells Fargo, and the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. My responsibilities included: facilitating on campus activities such as interviews, applying effective marketing skills to increase student participation, promote recruiting visits, and relate information about our Corporate Advisory Board. I gained a great experience at Urban Outfitters as the Women’s Team-Lead. Over the years, I have held several positions that include: Merchandising Team-Lead, Operations Supervisor and Women's Accessories Manager. Through Urban, I have gained an excellent first hand experience in merchandising/display, customer service, team building/leading, and store operations.
