My main responsibility at Standert Design is the production of aluminium frames. I take care of planning, key supplier management, contract management, process definition and optimisation. Besides that, I focus on the definition and implementation of Standert's sustainability roadmap. Some other projects that I am responsible for as a Project Manager: - sourcing of new materials, parts, services. - urgent and time-bound projects that involve multiple departments

Within the Special Projects Team of Pieter Pot, we managed high-priority and company-wide projects, such as the launch of new assortments and the preparation of expansion to new markets. Our goal was to bring the company's growth to the next level as soon as possible. Besides, I wrote my Master Thesis at Pieter Pot on the network design of closed-loop supply chains. I evaluated different network designs based on its sustainability in terms of costs and emissions. This thesis was graded with an 8.5/10, which allowed me to graduate in Supply Chain Management with an average grade of 7.8/10.

Within the Procurement team of Tesla, I acted as the main point of contact for all inquiries related to supplier onboarding, supported the sourcing processes analyzing, maintaining and updating qualitative and quantitative data of vendor data dashboards, and ran my own RFPs. Besides, feeding my strategic and commercial heart, I was one of the main-drivers in the Market-Expansion project. This project aimed to establish a strategy to quickly and smoothly expand to new markets in EMEA.

Within the expansion team of felyx, we launched felyx in Dusseldorf, Hamburg and Berlin. This doubled the fleet within a couple of months. Before and during the launch, I supported on the ground in Dusseldorf, Hamburg and Berlin by developing partnerships in new cities, optimizing internal operational flows, and sourcing and preparing the complete tooling portfolio needed at each location (5 in total). This internship taught me how to set up an operation from the scratch, how to apply my strategic thinking skills and how to implement improvements to push a faster and smoother growth. The fast-paced and energetic culture of felyx had a perfect fit with my personality.

My role in the part time board of AIESEC Rotterdam is to coach and guide international trainees before and during their traineeship in Rotterdam.
