Ebony has almost two decades of experience working with children and families in the nonprofit sector. She has provided various kinds of clinical support to those whom she has served, including attachment-based, trauma-informed, and family systems based counseling.She has created and facilitated trainings/presentations on a host of topics including trauma-informed parenting techniques, talking about race and adoption, and job readiness.A proud alumna of both City College of New York (BA in Psychology) and Virginia Commonwealth University (Masters of Social Work), she was honored to be chosen to speak at her graduation ceremony for the latter.
