Two years’ activities were done with 10% below Budget and decreased the AMC cost by 7% as well.• Design, Plan and build Infrastructure for all hotel rooms to use the new technology IPTV, RMS, automation, IP Phones ...etc. which reflected in decreasing guest complain with + 12% and increase satisfaction by 17% safe up to 23% electricity wastage.• Cover all hotel suites & open area by Wi-Fi connection.
