Fixed Term Contract with in the IRCC

I greet customers as they enter, help them answer any questions they may have best to my ablility. Fill out paper work, call customers to follow up on estimates and repairs. Call insurance companies to confirm information such as deductables and addresses of the insuance company. Among a few other basic CSR responsibilities.

I helped gather information on POS systems, ordered the uniforms, conducted interviews. I made schedules for staff. Conducted meetings with the owner. Ensured working conditions were safe and friendly. I was in charge of sales and marketing as well.

I spoke to as many people as possible during the day trying to get them on broad with the Miracle Program for sick kids. Made a conversation out of a pitch.

I worked with kids/adults aged 3 to 65. Teaching them basic self deffence skill, such as blocking punching and kicking, as well as advanced deffencive movements to disarm attackers. I helpped with administrative work, as well as interviews. Interviews were to ensure young kids would be able to benifite from the leassons, and to get an idea of the students abilities.
