Materials Coordinator
Current-Monitor and manage flow of materials for offshore operations also supported by directly vendor-Monitor and Manage assigned items, commodities, activities in support of Materials Control Group-Coordinate the procurement of materials and services using SAP material/service orders-Provide support to the storehouse in maintaining a list of critical spare parts available and identifying a storage location-Support Bill of Material (BOM's) updates for parts that may be reordered in the future on as-needed basis-Coordinate with Supply Chain Returns Coordinator to return surplus, cores or stock materials not consumed in the field to on-site/supplier inventory-Continuously look to improve processes and activities for materials and services procurement-Leverage Materials Team for ad-hoc parts analysis to support continuous improvement activities
