As a head teller at Northwest Bank, I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring customer satisfaction, and complying with bank policies. I enjoy learning about the industry and its best practices! I am passionate about languages; writing, editing and translation. Whatever the challenge is, I focus on delivering high-quality and accurate work that tells the story and conveys the message. I am fluent in both English and Arabic. Before joining Northwest Bank, I spent 18 years in teaching and education management, working in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the United States. During that time, I developed and taught language courses, designed curriculums, and edited and translated various texts, including reports, tools, and books. I have a master's degree in English language and literature, and multiple certifications in teaching and learning, with professional experience in standard ESL tests such as IELTS, TOEFEL, SAT, etc..I consider myself an adventurous risk-taker, who is always willing to embrace new challenges and opportunities. I learn fast, I am critical, analytical, and I always strive for excellence. My goal is to combine my skills to contribute to the success of my clients and employers.
