•Responsible for issuing invoices and submit them to E-Tax Portal.•Recording Clients payments and reconcile the AR to insure all sales invoices andpayments are recorded correctly.•Preparing and submitting Tax Monthly/Quarterly Reports (VAT, WHT, and Income).•Assisting in preparing the payments upon due date after insuring the deduction ofwithholding tax or advances according vendor payment terms.•Reconcile the accounts payable and ledger to ensure that all purchases andpayments are recorded correctly.•Assisting in Monthly closing and monthly reports.

• Support daily/weekly/monthly treasury and activites and expenses and recording them on the system .• Handling bank transfers facilities, cash deposits, cash withdrawals and checks deposits everyday bank transactions.• Following up and updating the company’s cash flow• Arranging salaries for new employees.• Receive bank statements, add, and close received payments on thesystem.• Review the checks’ list that will be deposited to the company bankaccounts on a daily basis.• Following up with clients on their new invoices to receive the paymentsand monitor customer payments by recording cash, checks, andremittances.• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
