Order planning:• Plan and place orders based on consumption Study and recent stocks.• Revise general orders placed by the warehouse supervisor. (Based on the stock position and item’s average sales)• Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers and vendors.• Monitor supplier performance to assess an ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.Importation:Shipping: • Negotiate prices and payment terms with freight agencies. • Follow up shipment booking with the freight forwarder. • Check container loading structure.• Check shipping documents.• Handle shipment’s insurance. • Follow up and track shipments till arrival.Clearance:• Responsible for finding the most suitable to the business clearing agency.• Negotiate clearance expenses and payment terms.• Follow-up shipments’ clearance procedure with the clearing agent.• Dealing with some governmental departments for clearing affairs Warehousing:• Warehouse Management for two storage centers (one frozen and one dry).• Tracking and reporting of materials or products distribution, storage, or inventory.• Monitoring stock level to achieve optimum stock according to the consumption history. • Providing the utmost service to our branches. Logistics and transportation:• Handle all Logistics and transportation work for all the products from the warehouses and from the central kitchen to branches. • Design, implement product movement throughout a well-designed itinerary that ensures an optimum service satisfactory with optimum cost.• Select transportation routes, combining shipments, consolidating warehousing and distribution to maximize economy and minimize expenses.• Design, implement product take back or reverse logistics programs to ensure that products are reused, well controlled.

• Place the new order based on the stock status and the sales average of the items. • Open and hold new and old suppliers file.• Maintain complete records for internal stocks.• Paper weekly shipment's situation report.• Follow up legal procedures related to all veterinary approvals among other documents with the governmental authorities. • Handle all shipment documents and certificates with all governmental authorities.
