working as an HR Learning associate, and handling all internal HSBC Egypt L&D activities, which includes: -Schedule and administer enrolments including, monitoring participation numbers, to ensure minimum delegate numbers are achieved, and highlighting low enrolments to appropriate point of contact.-Attend demand Planning Meetings, planned and ad hoc with recommended HR agenda.-Set up courses using appropriate internal LRM / Learning Management System and database, in line with standard operating procedures.-Coordinate projects and classroom trainings virtual and on the ground, logistics, room bookings, attendance, facilities and calendar invites.-Handle end-to-end internal HSBC L&D invoicing process.-Independently plans, schedules and executes day-to-day work and objectives with minimal direction, within the limits of established policies, guidelines and procedures, with most tasks delivered in the form of encouraged results and some impact on others within the job area.
