- Maintain customer- Receive and follow up PO from customer - Provide delivery schedule for Customers (local / Overseas)- Provide delivery schedule for internal purpose. to align production planning with shipment schedule- Booking space to shipping line(forwarder)- Create invoice, Packing List, Waybill (Surat Jalan)- Checking draft all shipping documents ( PEB, Bill of lading, certificate of origin, ISPM and certf. of Fumigation, etc.- Provide shipping documents for Customer- Follow up AR or Payment from customer- Maintan Customer's forecast- Sales Reporting

Business plan and budgeting, sales reporting, maintain customer, receive PO from Customer, provide delivery schedule, provide Quotation and invoice for customer, maintain forecast/long-term. good coordination with production dept, Warehouse and Export Dept.
