o Preparing Annual plan for participation in international exhibitions.o Arranging and executing the process of subscription in international fairs.o Communicate with overseas clients and maintain customer relationship management from logistical aspects. o Make accurate pricing calculations and providing customers with quotations. o Issuing weekly order to all shipping lines and forwarders whether air fright or sea fright. o Negotiation with numerous shipping lines and forwarding agents for acquiring the best rates and preferred vessels. o Tracking all shipments since the time of uploading to vessel arrival to destination port. o Provide customers with continues updates about their orders on weekly basis. o Monitoring and send monthly financial information of clients and their balance to relevant department. o Receiving and investigating complains and troubleshooting the related issues till clearance. o Preparing the “Monthly Variance Analysis”, “Monthly Forecasting” and “Monthly Cost” Reports.o Yearly forecast for all commodities and annual programs and planning the upcoming seasons. o Achieve company goals along with the department team work. o Coaching export team members and avail the department objectives and goals to increase the performance and effectiveness.o Handle the delegated responsibilities from the Chairman during his unavailability.
